ENTRY

Entry to the Event will be granted during the period and according to the conditions specified on your ticket.

Tickets purchased in advanced are exchanged for wristbands at the time of entry. You are required to wear your wristband around your wrist throughout its validity (during the whole day/weekend). The organizers will be continuously monitoring wristbands at the event venue and when you enter or leave the event.

INFORMATION RELATED TO TICKETS

OPEN AIR Day Ticket

The OPEN AIR Day Ticket entitles you to enter the Event Venue any time between 8 a.m. on the given day and 2 a.m. the following day and you can stay at the Event Venue until 8 a.m. the following day. During its validity an OPEN AIR Day Ticket offers the same services as an OPEN AIR Weekend Pass.

OPEN AIR Weekend Pass

You are entitled to enter the Event Venue from 6 p.m. on “Day Zero” and to stay there until the end of the event. During the Event, OPEN AIR offers Visitors camping and showering facilities.

If your wristband is invalid you have to leave the Event Venue!

Entry tickets/wristbands are non-transferable! Only wristbands worn around the wrist are regarded as a valid entry ticket!

DAMAGED -(re-taped, cut, tampered, loose enough to fit through the hand, etc.) - WRISTBANDS ARE CONSIDERED INVALID! Proceedings will be launched against producers of counterfeit tickets and persons assisting in such counterfeiting. Damaged or lost wristbands will not be replaced.

Children under the age of 12 can visit the Event free of charge.

Children under the age of 14 have to be accompanied by a guardian when entering and staying at the Event Venue.

GETTING AROUND ON A MOTORBIKE

At the event venue

We ask everyone to take part in the procession at their own risk and using a motorbike that has a license plate, that is fit for traffic and that complies is in line with applicable traffic rules in every respect.

PLEASE FULLY COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE TRAFFIC RULES!

WHAT YOU CAN AND CANNOT BRING TO THE VENUE

Glass objects, objects used for hitting or cutting, umbrellas and other objects that may endanger the physical well-being of others are PROHIBITED! Applicable legal regulations require that you do not have with you any objects especially endangering public safety (knives with a blade length of 8 cm or more, spring assisted knives, pepper sprays, bludgeons, etc.), which constitutes an offence.

You may bring with you to the Event Venue no quantity of alcoholic beverages, alcohol free beverages in a maximum quantity of one and a half liters in a 1.5 l plastic bottle, a maximum of 10 packets of cigarettes and any food only in non-retail quantities! Everyone is required at the entrance to hand over such products for inspection to members of the security staff.

RULES APPLICABLE TO PETS

Pets kept on a leash and fitted with a muzzle are exclusively allowed to be brought to the Event Venue and only by their owners. We do not recommend that you bring your pets to the Event Venue, but should rather leave them at home! Any pets may only be allowed access to the Event Venue, if all of the following requirements are compiled with: valid vaccination certificate with a rabies vaccination not older than a year, unique ID number (legible tattoo or microchip), leash, collar, muzzle and tag with the phone number of the owner (on which s/he can be reached during the Event). These are all inspected at the Event entrance and the pet is not allowed access, if anything’s missing. By bringing a pet to the Event the owner acknowledges that s/he is required to ensure adequate and hygienic conditions for the pet also acknowledging that use of a muzzle and leash is compulsory throughout the Event for dogs and ferrets. The organizers reserve the right to decide on an individual basis whether to allow pets to enter the Event Venue.

MISCELLANEOUS

An audio and video recording will be made of the Event. The names of any guests that can be seen or heard on these recordings may only be published with their consent however they shall not be entitled to make any claims against the producers of such recordings or the Event Organizers. You are allowed to take photos, but any audio or video recordings of the concerts or events may only be made with the written consent of the organizers.

It is forbidden to pursue any commercial or advertising activities at the Event Venue without the written consent of the organizers!

No alcoholic beverages will be served in the snack bars to persons below the age of 18!

Please be aware that using drugs is against applicable legal regulations also at the Event Venue!

Please take special care to protect natural values and not to litter!

The organizers assume no responsibility for any potential damage caused to human health or to property. Luggage and valuables storage facilities will be in operation at the Event venue. The security service exclusively assumes limited liability for items stored in these facilities. No liability is assumed for valuables left in other locations, so we recommend that you take advantage of these facilities!

The Event will be held irrespective of the weather.

We reserve the right to change the line-up of events!
